Exchange & Returns

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All items must have original tags ATTACHED to the product in order to be eligible for return.

Some items are not eligible for exchange/return.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Shipping costs for returns will be at the expense of the customer. 

Store Returns

You can return your eligible items to any of our stores free of charge within 15 days of delivery date (if purchased online) or purchase date (if purchased in store).

Online Returns

You can return your eligible online purchase by requesting a return within 15 days of the item's delivery date. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
