Jeffrey is an artist who came to San Francisco by way of Florida and Portland, eventually adopting the city as his own. Starting as a ceramicist, he spent seven years sign painting before moving into textiles and quilting. His work is deeply informed by the visual language of San Francisco — old storefronts, hand-painted signs, window grates, corner markets and all the odd little details that make a city feel like itself.
