Knights Bridge sits on the edge of Napa, it feels worlds away from the familiar wine trail. The winding roads, quiet vineyards, and sense of discovery make arriving there feel like uncovering a well-kept secret.

When our friend John Bailey invited us to spend the day, we jumped at the opportunity. As he drove us through the property in an electric Moke, he shared the story of his family's patient stewardship of the estate. The vineyards were acquired in 2006, but the tasting room didn't open until 2021—a reminder that the finest things are rarely rushed. They are built over years through thoughtful decisions, persistence, and care.

Perspective V centers on Solbiati, the renowned Italian mill founded in 1874 and celebrated for producing some of the world's finest linens and linen-cotton blends. Rich textures, vibrant colors, and expressive patterns capture the ease of an Italian summer while remaining perfectly suited to Northern California's warm days and cool evenings.

As the morning fog gave way to bright sunshine over Knights Valley, the collection felt completely at home. Tailoring that embraces color, breathability, and relaxed elegance belonged just as naturally among the vineyards as it would along the Amalfi Coast.

Perspective V is ultimately about what happens when patience, craftsmanship, and a genuine love for making things well are allowed to take their time. Whether in a vineyard or a tailoring workshop, the result is something quietly beautiful—made without pretension, and built to endure.
